I despise meal prepping. It takes time and then there is a whole kitchen to clean. Lean Kitchen has taken over for me, and I’m glad! These meals are delicious and healthy- two things I need in my life.

Absolutely love this place. Will be my new go-to for meal prep. I’m very picky and have tried several meal delivery services nationwide. The fact that this is local makes it even better. All meals were delicious and trackable with barcodes that scan to MyFitnessPal (huge plus for my fitness goals) I kind of want to gate keep this place lol but hey - the more, the merrier :)

Lean Kitchen exceeded my expectations on flavor and offers exceptional customer service! I’m a new customer and am excited to return. The website is very helpful. Each barcode can be scanned into MyFitnessPal — this is a top-tier feature! Lindsay was great and patient with my first-timer questions. Everyone on my second visit was more than willing to assist! The supplements are third-party tested and/or FDA approved. Clean ingredients in every meal! Thank y’all!

These are some of the best homemade meals I've ever had! Super easy to keep in your fridge and taste great after heating it in the microwave. The best place to get pre-made meal prep for the week, and super high in protein. Also the owners are super friendly and everyone that works up there is awesome! 10/10 would recommend 👌 …

My family and I have been enjoying Lean Kitchen meals for the past three weeks, and we’re so glad we found them! The ordering process is super simple, and it’s easy to grab exactly what we need. It has made lunches for work incredibly convenient—no more scrambling to pack something last minute. Everything tastes great and keeps us on track with healthy eating. Highly recommend!

We stumbled upon lean kitchen today and WoW! We had a wonderful chat and the explanation of what the meal options were. Not only do they have prepared meals, which are delicious we had Korean bbq and sweet and sour chicken! Amazing 🔥 The protein donuts are fantastic and we bought them for our kids before they have their sports tournament. Also I found the protein pop-tart in some new flavors! Plus a good assortment of protein powder and supplements for a healthy lifestyle. Amazing place!

Austin and Doug recommended me to come here to check out after the franchise expo. They were very enthusiastic and I can see they believed in what they do. After work today I was curious of the store since it’s near home and I was very impressed. Very clean, organized store front. Joseph was very knowledgeable and very professional! *He said he’s okay being in the photo. Let’s get to the meals. So organized and clean! Labels are clear. The entire store is well presented! Took two meals home: Steak and Shrimp Fajita and Chicken fajita. The steak is so well seasoned! Whoever’s hand is seasoning that steak, use that as a measurement!!! I was hoping to see the owner so maybe another visit! Also wanted I went there again the next day and Sam was super knowledgeable on supplements, the process of the kitchen, and gave me insight that first responders get meals! This place has my supports and should definitely have more reviews! Great work!

I went in for the muscle bites last week and they were sold out! Probably because they’re so so so delicious, I got the protein donuts and let me tell you. Oh my gosh. To die for. I went back in today to get the muscle bites because those are my absolute favorite. I highly recommend especially for an active lifestyle. Lean Kitchen definitely keeps you on track and makes it easy to find healthy options!

I am so impressed!!! I have tried quite a few meal prep places that I wasn't satisfied with the taste of the food and was still left hungry after but after trying Lean Kitchen, I am very impressed! These taste like an ACTUAL healthy, filling meal preps! I bought several yesterday to try and I've had 3 so far and they were all delicious and very filling! I feel like I can finally stay on track with my goals with how convenient these are and I love that the macros are laid out for you for easy tracking! 10/10 recommend trying!
